Meet Wendy
A proud Montgomery County native, Sherwood High School alum, and Towson University graduate, Wendy Auen holds a degree in sociology and anthropology and a lifelong passion for serving her community. Before entering real estate, she spent 18 years as a District Court Commissioner, building a career rooted in public service, fairness, and trust, values she now brings to every real estate transaction.
As a member of The Agency DC Team, Wendy helps clients throughout the DMV buy and sell homes with confidence and care. From guiding first-time buyers to helping families find their forever home, she strives to make each step smooth, rewarding, and deeply personal. Her local expertise and empathetic approach create an experience grounded in trust and success.
Outside of real estate, Wendy is a proud wife and mom of two. She volunteers at Saint Paul’s Catholic Church, teaching third-grade religious education, and actively supports mental health initiatives, including the Out of the Darkness Walk in Frederick. She’s also a committed advocate for local law enforcement and the vital role they play in the community.
